MAKNA Founder’s Night Run 2017

MAKNA (Majlis Kanser National) or National Cancer Council Of Malaysia is a Not-For-Profit Social Enterprise founded in 1994 by Dato’ Mohd Farid Ariffin after being inspired by his own son’s fight and struggles with cancer.

MAKNA has decided to organise the MAKNA Founder’s Night Run on 30th September 2017 in order to promote a healthy lifestyle and at the same time, through this event, MAKNA aims to create greater public awareness of Cancer and rally support for Cancer Patients. I am proud to be able to participate in this 5KM fun run with other cancer survivors and we ran together that night. Thank you MAKNA for sponsoring my friends and I to participate in MAKNA Founder’s Night Run.

I'm proud of myself for completing the 5k Fun run in 00:49:25 and burn 296kcl.

PEACE ROAD 2017

This time I had a chance to join PEACE ROAD 2017 in Kuala Lumpur.  Running makes me feel alive – and I’m still just a beginner. Running puts me in control of my body, my happiness and my health, connects me with amazing people, and helps me change the lives of those affected by blood cancer especielly my type of cancer - Acute promyelocytic leukemia.

I'm proud of myself for completing the 5k run in 00:51:06 and burn 316 kcl.

Thank you hubby for sponsor this running
